Our newly developed non-woven nylon flower page wheel uses specially reinforced mesh nylon fibers as the backing. It is composed of an elastic mesh nylon belt formed by bonding resin glue to the abrasive materials. Then, the nylon belt is further processed into a sheet-shaped grinding wheel. It offers a comfortable feel and enhances the cutting force, thereby improving work efficiency.

It can directly replace ordinary flat sanding wheels. The general flat sanding wheels can complete tasks such as grinding weld seams and blending, flattening weld points, surface treatment, and paint surface grinding and removal treatment. However, the nylon flower page wheel has a longer lifespan and higher efficiency. Additionally, compared to the flat sanding wheels, after grinding weld seams, there may be small burrs that need to be further processed. Using the nylon flower page wheel for grinding will not produce small burrs and can complete the task in one step.
